The running-cost calculator
The calculator produces an indicative estimate only. It is not a quotation, a heat-loss calculation, a system design or a guarantee of performance or cost. It relies on typical assumptions and the values you enter, and actual running costs depend on your building, your equipment, your usage and your energy tariff. No liability is accepted for decisions made solely on the basis of its output.
Enquiries and quotations
Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. Prices are given in a written proposal after a survey, and any work proceeds only once you accept that proposal.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, liability arising from use of this website is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
